Here you will find resources to help you deliver Earth observation lessons in your classroom. These resources are designed to be used by teachers and PhD students to deliver lessons to lower secondary school pupils to educate them about Earth Observation (EO) and the relevance of STEM subjects.
Accessing Resources
Each module resource pack offers a variety of resources. To access these resources, use the navigation bar at the top of your screen:
- For Teachers: Access all available resources, including “for printing” versions and activity answers.
- For Students: Access resources similar to those in the “For Teachers” section, excluding “for printing” versions and activity answers.
What’s Included in Each Resource Pack?
Each resource pack contains:
- Lesson Plan: Contains information on preparation and external resources. It includes a lesson structure with explanations of activities and timings, easily adaptable for different lesson lengths.
- Presentation: Available as MS PowerPoint/Google Slides or a PDF, this can be used by the lesson leader in the classroom.
- Worksheets/Activities: A variety of activities for students to engage with.
- Activity Answers: Answers are included within the worksheet or lesson plan.
- Printable Versions: Some resources are provided in formats that are easy to print.
